What drew me to this drawing was the background.
I really like the windows and the roses, along with the little glows all around.
But, there are mistakes here and there.

First off, the eyes.
I think Miku's eyes are too big and should be further apart from each other. Meiko's, Rin's and Len's eyes are just quite right.

Second, their hair.
You did Kaito's hair quite well (he doesn't have much flaws, actually) and I like it. Miku's and Meiko's hair are fine, too.
Len's and Rin's hair needs to have more "hair details" as they look too smooth.

Third, the body.
Miku's neck and arms are too thick (her arms looks like it's the same length all the way to her hands) and should be thinner. Her body looks quite stiff, too. Same goes to Meiko's arm.
I also think that Kaito's chin is too much jutting out.
The way that Meiko is holding the sword doesn't seem to be right either.
To me, the handle of the sword looks short and probably should be longer a bit. The blade itself looks flat, too.
Rin's dress is too short, her butt should be quite there.
Len's legs are also too thick - like Miku's arms, they look like it's thick all the way down.
I like how Len and Rin are holding hands but I can't quite see how they're actually holding them. The fingers are lovely, but I'm wondering whose fingers are those? I'm thinking it could be Len's..?
And Rin seems like she has only a finger xD Which is that one jutting out there. But if her hand is suppose to be the back of it, her other fingers should be seen somewhere.

Fourth, the folds of their clothes.
The folds need to have more work, some of their clothes - like Len's - don't seem to have all that much of folds and looks too "smooth".

And last of all, I want to just tell you that the stems of the roses look flat. That's probably the only flaw in the background xD

Overall, you did a good job on the background - almost all of your drawings have really nice backgrounds.
The only thing you have to work on are the characters/people.

But don't worry, I'm quite sure you'll improve in no time.
